At GENERATION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
